Booking and Payment
Full payment is required to secure your event date.
We accept credit card, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 6 days or less will forfeit the entire booking payment.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance and is subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.

Event Details
All wine tastings last approximately 2 hours. If your package includes food, we require up to 1 hour before the event time slot to set up.
Please ensure the event space is clean and ready for setup. 

Guest Requirements
Wine tastings are for adults aged 18 and over. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age.
Responsible drinking is encouraged. We do not provide services for underage guests or those who are intoxicated.

Food and Beverage
We provide all wines and, if applicable, food as specified in your package. Any additional food or beverages must be provided by you.
If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us at least 7 days before the event so we can accommodate your needs.

Space and Equipment
Please provide a space suitable for the wine tasting. A dining table is recommended but not required.
We offer wine glass hire for £15. Please confirm the number of glasses needed in advance.
Any glasses damaged during the hire will incur a charge of £5 per glass.

Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses that occur during the event. You are responsible for any damage to property or equipment.
We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.

Privacy
We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent.

Compliance
By booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.
